TWENTY-FIRST BIRTHDAY. KING’S~TRIBUTE. The King sent a message in connection with the 21st anniversary /of. the formation of the Territorial Army, congratulating all ranks. His Majesty added: “The Empire will never forget the inestimable services that the Territorials rendered throughout the Great War. more especially during the early critical days before the new armies were ready to take the field. The gallantry and self-sacrifice of tho men who fought and fell will be an inspiration for all time.”
