FULFILMENT OF ORDERS. EFFECT OF GOVERNMENT’S DECISION. (By Telegraph—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, April 9. Concern is being expressed by some people in respect to the fulfilment of orders placed under the cash order trading system before Cabinet reached its abolition decision. It is stated officially that every opportuntiy will be given for the landing of current orders before the new de-r cision is put into operation.
