RELIGIOUS ORDERS.
FRENCH BILL ADOPTED. (Australian Press Association). PARIS, March 31. The Chamber of Deputies, by 331 votes to 238, adopted a bill providing for the readmission of certain religious orders. AI. Poincare argues that the bill is necessary because French influence in Colonial possessions is declining owing to a lack of missionaries.
