As a, sequel to the Royal Oak case of last year, and in accordance with Air W. C. Bridgeman’s promise in the House of Commons, the Admiralty has now issued a series of rules and regulations designed to make easier, and less hampered by red tape, the right of appeal to every officer and man in the Royal Navy against any alleged grievance. Provision is made for any unsatisfied complainant to carry his case to the Commanden-in-Chief and, finally, to the Admiralty.
