THANKS FOR KINDNESS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 31. Tjhe Governor-General (Sir Charles Fergusson) has received the following telegram from tho directors of the English public school boys .’Empire tour on the departure of the party from New Zealand:
“The directors and boys on the Empire tour desire to convey their thanks for such kindness to' Your Excellency 3md Her Excellency personally and through you to the Government and people of New Zealand.” His Excellency has replied as foll°'v.s|~“Thank you for your telegram, which I will convey to all concerned and which will be appreciated. Your visit has, I kiiow, been pleasant to the Government and people of New Zealand and people of New Zealand, and on their behalf, and my own, I wish you all a pleasant voyage and happy return to your home.” . t
