LOST IN THE BUSH.

MEMBERS OF PIG-HUNTING PARTY. SEARCHERS FROM PARAPARAUMU. WELLINGTON, April 1. Three men, whose names are Cameron, Fraser and Earley, of Lower Hutt, are missing in the bush at the back of Paraparaumu. They were members of a party of five pig-hunters and left their companions to descend into a little frequented valley to follow their dogs after pigs. It is understood that the other two men returned to Paekakariki on Sunday night and reported the disappearance of their companions to the postmaster there, who communicated without delay with the police in Wellington. The Otaki and Johnsonville po'lice are searching for the missing men. Other search parties are also out. Mr Blackie is reported to have discovered the tracks of tho missing men in the bush and four more search parties were to leave Paraparaumu at four o’clock this morning. It is thought that the missing men, who are without food, would be at least two days getting out of the Bush if they continued in kfie direction shown by their tracks.
