EIGHT-OARED RACE.
Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 1. The ’Varsity eight-oared race resulted as follows: Wellington 1, Canterbury 2, Auckland 3. Won by a length and a-lialf, with four lengths .between second and third. The winners led all the way.
