WHY REGISTRATION WAS REFUSED. • MELBOURNE, March 28.
The Registrar of the Arbitration Court refused the application of the Seamen’s Union of Australia —Mr Jacob Johnson is secretary—for registration, on the ground that it only represented a small section of the seamen employed on the Australian coasts.
