NAPIER COMPETITIONS.
PALMERSTON NORTH COMPETITORS. Per Press Association. NAPIER, March 30. At the Napier vocal, musical arid elocutionary competitions, Mr J. W. G. Davidson, of Palmerston North, was awarded second place for his humorous recital, second for his musical monologue and first for his character recital.
Gordon Oates, of Palmerston North, was given second place for the recitation (boys) under 12.
