PRICES IN WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, March 28. The supply of eggs has been well maintained, blit there has not been'the anticipated strong demand for'Easter. Princes have consequently declined. First grade hen eggs, 2s Id, and 2s 2d per doz. ; duck eggs, 2s 2d per doz. Fresh poultry is coming in freely. There is a well sustained demand at last week’s prices. . White Leghorns, 3s 6d per pair; Black Orpingtons, 4s 6d per pair; chicken, lOd per lb. dead weight.
