WORDS AND BLOWS.

ELECTION EXCITEMENT. When Brigadier-General Lloyd and Mr Jack Hoode, the two returned soldier candidates for Parramatta, were in attendance at a returned soldiers’ entertainment in Sydney the other night their respective supporters got excited, and the arguments culminated in blows being struck.
