ELECTRICAL DISTURBANCES LIKELY. The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day:—The indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds, after about 20 hours backing by west to south. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather; later cloudy and unsettled. The indications are for electrical disturbances, and the weather will probably become colder.
