BIBLE CLASSES. Miss Lorna Hodder, travelling secretary of tho New Zealand Young Women’s Bible Class Union, paid an official visit to Apiti on Wednesday night when sho addressed about 30 members of tho combined Biblo classes on tho aims and objects of tho movement. At tho same timo Mr C. E. Taylor addressed tho young men’s class. Tho mootings wero inspirational and enjoyablo. Miss Hodder mot tho local young women’s Biblo classes at the Methodist Church in Foilding last night, tho membership of tho classes boing botwoon 50 and 60.

A new union is being launched at tho week-end with the formation of tho Hawke’s Bay-Manawatu Union, tho executive of which will bo officered mainly by Foilding Biblo class members. Mrs C. E. Taylor will bo president-elect and Miss M. Burnoy tho socretary-olect. Tho union headquarters will bo in Feilding. Tho Manawatu Methodist Young Men’s Bible Class Union also has its headquarters in Foilding this year, Mr C. E. Taylor being tho president and Mr H. Harford tho secretary. HOCKEY TOURNAMENT.
