WOMEN AS AMBASSADORS,

Fifty women from the coaldfields, textile areas and domestic circles have gone to Russia as “Ambassadors of Peace” in furtherance of the Russian disarmament proposals aimed at the oblition of war.

The leader of tho party, who arc. travelling steerage, is Mrs Katharine Duncan, a London school teacher. The women will remain three weeks. During that period they will inspect the Red Army.
