A popular function to bo held next Thursday evening is the dance at the Anzac Club under the auspices of All Saints’ Young Men’s Club ; The functions organised from time to time by this organisation aro becoming well known in town as being invariably enjoyable and well-conducted. Chaperones will be in attendance and dancing will continue from 8 till 12. There will bo a euchre tournament for non-dancers and for this good prizes aro being offered. The price for admission is the very moderate sum of 2s. Housewives.—A winter delicacy—the latest American waffle.
