NEW ZEALAND CONDITIONS. EXAMINATION BY AUSTRALIANS. Received June 12, 11.5 a.in. SYDNEY, June 12. The Australian Dairy Council has requested Messrs A. E. Sweeney and J. H. Proud to' visit New Zealand to study dairying conditions. They sail by the Tahiti to-day.
