Cresswell, who was in the Dominion about two years ago, relieves Lieut. Alack in one of the sloops. Paymaster-Commander H. Norman relieves Paymaster-Commander A. Bevin in the Philomel, who is joining the Diomede in place of PaymasterCommander Hawke and returning to England in that ship.
