REPARATION PAYMENT.
ALLEGED GERMAN FRAUDS
PARIS, Jan. 12. The reparation authorities have discovered alleged frauds in connection with the deliveries of goods by the German Government. They have suspended a number of German firms believed to be implicated. in some instances goods really worth 1,000,000 francs (£40,000,000) wore ficitiously valued for reparation purposes at 20,000,000 francs (£800,000). The German sellers and French buyers shared the difference on the basis of 25 to 65 per cent, respectively.
