NEW DEMARCATION LINE. LONDON, April 22. The Tiraes’s Cologne correspondent says that at the inter-Allied, commission Herr Reich, Minister of Occupied Territories, agreed to a new line of demarcation, whjch will be enforced on May 1. A neutral zone will be introduced, which troops will not occupy, thus providing greater facilities for traffic 'and. trade with Germans. — Times.
