SUFFERING FROM SEVERE COLD Received April 23, 11.40 a.m. NEW YORK, April 22. The reception planned for Mr Ramsay Macdonald to-day was cancelled on receipt of a telegram from Philadelphia stating that he is suffering from a'severe cold. He is not seriously ill.—A. and N.Z. # cable.
