Tlie Governor-General has been commanded by the King to communicate with the people of JSew Zealand on the occasion of anzac Day the following message from His lUajesty : “The Queen and 1 are proud to join this uuy with my people in Australia and XSew Zealand in solemn remembrance of their beloved dead who gave their lives so gloriously on the snores and heights or Gallijioii.”
