WASHINGTON, April 21. M. Alfaro, Panama’s diplomatic representative here, delivered a note today to the State' Department requesting a report concerning the seizufe of the Federal ship and information regarding its status in view of the de-. cision of the San Francisco courts.— A. and N.Z. and Reuter and Sydney Sun cable.
