MAN’S LEG FRACTURED

ASHBURTON, April 7. Leslie Thompson, a musterer ht Mount Potts, aged 32 ; slipped on the snow, falling over a cliff, a fracture of the leg resulting. He lay for sixteen hours in the snow before being discovered. He was admitted to hospital and is progressing favourably.
