NATIONS’ QUOTA.
MIGRATION TO UNITED STATES. WASHINGTON, June 23. Eighteen nations have already exhausted their immigration quota, including Germany, whose quota is 51,227, and New Zealand, with 100. Britain, with Northern Ireland —together they had the second largest quota, 34,007 —had a balance of only 18 left on June 12. New Zealand’s quota was exhausted on June 9. Australia, with 121, has 38 left. The only country with its quota untouched is Togoland, which has 100, while Tanganyika and Afghanistan, with 100 each, still have 99. —A. and N.Z. cable.
