Taylor, 75; Compston, 76; Mitchell and Williamson 78; Ockendon, ltenouf and Howard 79; Vardon, 80; Herd, Kirkwood and Popplewell 81.—A. and N.Z. cable.
SOUTHERN PLAYER’S FEAT. Per Press Association. GORE, June 24. A unique feat was accomplished by James Sinclair when playing on the Mokoia golf links near Gore yesterday. He holed out in one over a 100 yards stretch and a belt of pines.
