REVOLUTIONARY ORGANISATION. TOKIO, June 8. A raid by police at Seoul, capital of Korea, upon “The Heavenly \Vay Creed” headquarters resulted in tho arrest of 90 revolutionaries, including Republican leaders from Shanghai. Tho • seizrfro of revolutionary literature led to wholesale arrests yesterday and- to-day. Tlio police were heavily reinforced in readiness for a possible outbreak during the. State funeral of tho former Emperor. Among those arrested was tho secretary of the Seoul Y.M.C.A. Korean members of tho police are suspected of being in sympathy with the revolutionaries, and probably all of them will be suspended temporarily.
