ESCAPED PRISONER.
ARREST AT GISBORNE. Per Press Association. GIISBORNE, Juno 12. David Pole, alias John Fry, who had escaped, from Rotoroa Island, was arrested at Gisborne. He was sentenced by the magistrate to three months’ gaol and ordered to be returned to the island.
