In January last tho Royal College of Surgeons decided to terminate the suspension of Doctor Axham, aged <-6, who was deprived of tho riglit. to practise in 1912 because ho assisted Sir H. Barker, tho famous bone-setter, by administering anaesthetics v/lalo tho lattor was operating.
