LONDON, March 30. _ Mr Winston Churchill is selling his polo ponies, says the Weekly Dispatch, as he is unable to play now, his duties as Chancellor of tho Exchequer, and especially adjustment of the national finances, requiring th© whole of nis has been unable to finish his second book of war reminiscences, although it was two-thirds finished when he took office.
