GERMAN SINGER.
BODY IN FROZEN STREAM. GENEVA, April 4. The body of Madame Jurewskaia, a Berlin opera singer, has been found in a frozen alpine stream under tho Devil’s Bridge near Andermatt, where she disappeared from a hotel in December. Guides recovered it with ice axes in perfect condition, except that the left hand was almost severed. It is recalled that a blood-stained razor was found on the river bank.—A. and N.Z. cable.
