OFFER TO A PLOTTER. HALF A MILLION POUNDS, REVELATIONS IN MEMOIRS. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April 4, 9.50 a.m. BERLIN, April 4. Trebit'sch Lincoln, who is writing his memoirs, says that .after he was released from Parkhurst prison in 1919 he went to Holland, where he discussed political plans with the exKaiser, who promised Lincoln £500,000 if ho regained him his throne. Lincoln went to Germany, and became associated with monarchist plotters. He was commissioned to interview the ex-Crown Prince at Weiringen and was invited to dinner, but the invitation was. cancelled upon instructions from the ex-Kaiser’s entourage, who were strenuously opposed to the exCrown Prince taking the throne despite the ex-Ivaiser’s willingness to relinquish liis claims. —Sydney Sun cable.
