Per Press Association. , GREYMOUTH, April 4. In a fifteen-round professional boxing contest Georgo Stace, Australia (lOst. 41b.), defeated Eugene Volairo (lOst. 41b.) on points. The winner showed effective snappy lefts throughout, and also proved his ability at in-fighting. The contest was clean and always interesting, but the loser had a disadvantage in reach and was tired at tho finish. In an amateur bout of six rounds. Cotter (Runanga) beat Thompson after a good exhibition in which the harder hitter prevailed.
