FRONTIER INCIDENT.

IRAK TRIBE ATTACKED. BAGDAD, April 3. Two thousand Syrian Arab tribesmen attacked an Irak tribe defending a frontier post. British armoured cars inflicted heavy casualties. When aeroplanes appeared the invaders fled, leaving 45 dead. The number of wounded is unknown. —A. and N.Z. cable.
