BIG HAULS MADE, LONDON, March 15. The Daily Mail, calling attention to a statement by the Home Secretary, Sir William Joynson-Hicks, that lie had no information justifying the deportation of Jacob Factor, the leader of the “collar” bandits, well-dressed men who have made big hauls by selling bogus oil shares, reveals amazing swindles by this former New York barber. It is asserted that he' netted £500,000 by duping clergymen and others. Factor also sent an agent to Australia in 1924, and opened a branch of his fradulent business, but the postal laws defeated him. i
