BREAK FROM TRADITION.
Received December 29, 9 a.m. . LONDON, Dec. 28. The Communist Congress at Moscow passed a resolution approving of the central committee’s general activity. The oppositionists, including Zinovieff and hameneff, rejected all appeals to preserve the tradition by making the resolution unanimous, 65 voting against the resolution. The latter forbids all open discussion of present differences.—Times.
