“SUPPORT BRITISH TRADE.” RESULTS ANNOUNCED. Recently the New Zealand Association of British Manufacturers, of which Mr G. H. Scott, of Wellington, is president, offered prizes for essays by Palmerston North High School Boys on the subject: “Support British Trade.” Last evening the results were telegraphed to Mr J. H. Stevens, of the Citizens’ Luncheon Club, and are as follow:—First, Edmund Webber, son of Mr J. 0. Webber, headmaster of'' the Bunnythorpe ‘School; second, Graham Crossley, son of JMr F. Crossley, 26 Lyndhurst street, Palmerston North; third, Aylwyn Carter, son of Mr Carter, of Rangitane.
