NOTE TO GERMANY.
COLOGNE MAY BE EVACUATED SOON. Received November 7, 12.10 p.m. PARIS, Nov. 6. The Conference of Ambassadors agreed to the text of a Note to Germany asking for further enlightenment with regard to certain points connected with disarmament. If Germany’s reply is satisfactory, it is understood that December Ist may be fixed as tho date of evacuation of the Cologne.—A. and N.Z. cable.
