REPORT READY THIS MONTH. EFFORT TO AVOID TROUBLE. Received November •>. 8.45 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 4. The Daily Express's lobby coriespondent says that the Irish Boundary Commission’s report will be ready at tlie end of tile month. Mr Justice Feltham is working strenuously for an agreed report, that is, boundary rectification which will remove anomalies without raising again old-time controversies.—A. aud N.Z. cable.
