BUSY DAY.
LORD JELLICOE’S PROGRAMME. LONDON, Oct. 24. Lord Jellicoe on Friday spent his busiest day since his return from New Zealand. 'He visited the Mersey, inspected the cadets on the mercantile training ship Conway, opened an Aged Mariners’ Home, a Seamen’s Infirmary and a Seamen’s Club, and unveiled a memorial to tho 15,168 merchant sailors killed in war-time.
