BUTTER STABILISATION SCHEME. Received November 4, 11.45 a.m. MELBOURNE, Nov. 4. A conference of representatives of the dairying industry of all States adopted Mr Paterson's scheme of butter stabilisation, providing for a voluntary levy on every pound of butter manufactured in the Commonwealth, to enable the payment of a bonus of 3d on every pound of butter exported.— Press Association.
