REPRISAL BY FRENCH. VILLAGES BOMBARDED. Received November 4, 11.40 a.m. CAIHO, Nov. 3. A traveller from Damascus states that tho French bombarded three villages near Damascus as a reprisal for acts of brigandage.—A. and N.Z. cable.
