AL Garne<-, in default two months’ imprisonment at Wellington, the warrant to bo suspended so long as defendant pays £2 on December 1 and the further sum of £2 per mouth thereafter. F. C. Tyson secured an order against A,. S. R. Thompson, of Linton, hinotirer, for the immediate payment of £4 Bs, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended till December 31. William Holmes, of Palmerston North, compositor, was ordered to pay J. H. C. He wetson and others the amount of £lO7 15s fid forthwith, in default two months’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as defendant pays £1 per week, commencing on December 1. The Tokomaru Dairy Coy., Ltd., secured an order against J. Blair, of Alanakau, storekeeper, for the immediate payment of £lB 2s. in default 14 days’ imprisonment. G. P. Zackoy was ordered to pay J. Knowles the sum of £S 16s forthwith, ui default seven days’ imprisonment.
