FRONTIER CONFLICT.
BULGARIAN CLAIM. Received October 26, 12.45 p.m. SOFIA, Oct. 25. Colonel Kalfoff,,, Foreign states that the Bulgarian Minister at Paris will represent Bulgaria at the meeting of tho League Council. Ho expresses the profound gratitude of the Bulgarian Government for the early intervention of the League in the conflict, which he declares originated through Greek invasion of Bulgaria. He reiterates that the Bulgars have not entered Greece.—A. and N.Z. cable.
