SAMOAN MANDATE.
MODEL REPORT. PRAISE FOR NEW ZEALAND. Received October 27, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 26. The Daily Telegraph’s Geneva correspondent reports that the Leaguo Mandates Commission highly complimented New Zealand on her very satisfactory administration of Samoa, tho president declaring that the New Zealand report upon this subject was a model, Doth in style and substance.— A. and N.Z. cable.
