SIR ANDREW LE FLEMING. DEATH IN DUNEDIN. DUNEDIN, Oct, 24 Sir Andrew Fleming Huddleston Le Fleming, who died at Dunedin this week, was a baronet whose title runs hack to the Conqueror, being twentysixth in succession from Sir Richard Le Fleming, second son of Sir Michael Le Fleming, who came over with William of Normandy. The patent of nobility dates from 1066. Tho family seat is Kydal Hall, in Westmoreland. Away hack tho Ijc Flemings were proprietors of Carnarvon Castle. Warwick, the King-maker is in the pedigree, also several royalties. The father of the deceased baronet was Sir Michael Le Fleming, who came out to Canterbury. Sir Andrew was horn at Christchurch 69 years ago and was educated at Christ’s College. Ho married Jeanette, daughter of the late Mr Roderick Fraser, of Glen Lovat, Scacliffe, Otago. There are no children, and the title goes to Sir Andrew’s cousin, William Huddlestonc Le Fleming, of Otakcho, Taranaki, then to his son. Frank Thomas Le Fleming, who served with the New Zealand Forces.in the Great War.

Sir Andrew and Lady Le Fleming came to Dunedin years ago for medical attention to Sir Andrew.
