FLOODS IN KOREA.
TWELVE PERSONS DROWNED. Received Julv 15. 9.50 a.m. * TOKIO, July 14. Despatches from Korea report extensive floods in the central and southern districts. The damage is estimated at forty million yen. Twelve persons have been drowned.— Reuter.
