The move to establish a crematorium in Dunedin is at last beginning to tako definite shape and the question of a site is now practically settled. The Manawatu Concert Party will hold a grand concert and dance in the Coronation Hall, Terrace End, on Friday night next, 17th inst., at S o’clock, when a special invitation is given to all residents to attend and make this function a success. The party intends holding a series of these entertainments and a good evening’s enjoyment is assured. Some features of the programme include ventriloquism, steel guitars, comedy and illusion work.
