Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, July 13. Edward Winter, aged 65. a labourer employed by the Public Works Department at Tarras, died at Alexandra yesterday as the result or talling on a footpath. BODY BOUND IN HARBOUR. NEW PLYMOUTH. July 14. The body of Walter Peters, a farmer who disappeared on July 24, was found in the harbour this morning, but there was nothing to indicate how he came there.
