FRANCO-SPANISH AGREEMENT. AIADRID, July 12. The Frarico-Spanish delegates to the Alorocoan Conference have signed tin agreement with regard to political cooperation in Alorocco. —A. and N.Z. cable. MORE TROOPS GETTING READY. LONDON, July 12. The Daily Express’s Paris correspondent says: “Though peace negotiations with Abdel Krim are opening in a few days, new troops are preparing to go to Alorocco. It is understood that France and Spain are willing to recognise the independence of the Riff republic, hut only under the Sultan of Alorocco’s sovereignty. If the offer is refused an offensive will be launched against Sheehuan. —A. and N.Z. cable.
