REFUND ORDERED.
Per Preis Association. AUCKLAND, June 29. At the Supreme Court Mr Justice Reed, in an action arising out of the bankruptcy of Joseph Clarkson, grocer, of Nortkeote, ordered a refund by bankrupt’s two sons of £SO and £75 respectively, being improper payments during the insolvency. The father’s liabilities were £lB3 and the assets £33, a deficiency of £l5O. The sons’ defence was that the money received by them was a refund of loans.
